During delivery service the tailgates are open and warm air streams in. In order to achieve constant refrigerator temperatures, the cooling capacity must be increased which leads to a rise in fuel consumption and emission of harmful substances.

The Kiesling GmbH developed a variable insulation wall from extremely durable material, separating the freezer from the cargo area and guaranteeing a better insulation. The integrated swing door is opened only whilst goods are removed - thus reducing the incoming warm air. If necessary, the partition wall »Eco Cool Swing®« can be simply moved
in the refrigerator area to reduce the cooling space and the coldness energy need, respectively.

Fuel consumption and emission of harmful substances are decreased by up to 30 %. Through the spatial and thermal separation of fresh products from empties, the hygienic standard improves as well. Not only new but also used vehicles can be equipped afterwards with the »Eco Cool Swing®«.
