The »vibro-tec«-procedure of the Präzitec GmbH from Unna is sewage-free, avoids undesirable aerosol formation and works essentially more economically than conventional systems.
Until now, the attached cool lubricants have been washed off or removed with help from compressed air after the workpiece was machined.
This is very energy-intensive and interconnected with a strong dirt of the workplace as well as with ecological problems since the oils and cool lubricants must be disposed off. The »vibro-tec« dry cleaning works with electromagnetically generated vibrations which are transferred to the workpiece to be cleaned. These vibrations can surmount the adhesion forces of oils, emulsions or impurities. In frequency areas between 35hz and 50hz, the adhesion volumes on the surface can be simply removed and extracted. It remains only a very thin oil film which is necessary as temporary corrosion protection.
The operating costs can be lowered by approxi-mately 80 percent with the procedure. Further advantage: the use of harmful solvents is no longer necessary. VOC emissions can be avoided. The compact dry cleaner »vibro-tec« can be integrated into the production process and is applicable in many production areas.
