Besides historical and planning-relevant questions also artistic, didactic and ecological-oriented issues are explored. The structural resource protection includes both the repair of the historic buildings as also the reconstruction of formerly existent special buildings.

Interdisciplinary concept
The particular concerns of the environmental protection are met by minimizing or entirely eliminating damaging environmental influences - for example those on the waters or also the fencing of the kitchen garden. Another step provides to use the kitchen garden terrain for a sustainable gardening including both the buildings and the terrain.
The cooperation between monument protection and nature conservation, medium-sized enterprises and the application-oriented research is accompanied by an independent documentation. As a substantial part of the project this allows the transfer to comparable plannings in the sense of the task for the medium-sized companies.
