The incorporated society »REGIO Allgäu« from Sonthofen (Bavaria) initiated the multimedia presentation »Allgäu Mountains. Experience Alpine Nature«. The aim of this presentation is to open up new forms of nature experiences and thus to raise the visitors‘ awareness for the alpine environment. Particulary on days when the panorama is not visible from the viewing platform it is a great alternative to discover the alpine landscape.

Sensitise to the alpine environment
The approximately ten-minutes long film tells the story about a mountain summer at the Fellhorn and its surrounding mountains. The spectactors take a journey on which they meet plants, animals and people that have learned to live with the fast changing living conditions in the high mountains. The aim is to adapt the behaviour of the visitors to the sensitive ecosystem by appreciation of the alpine environment.
