High tensile aluminium is a construction material in demand. With its hard anodising surface technology the company Fischer GmbH, Witten, Germany, offers an innova-tive possibility to coat high-solid aluminium in a non-polluting way. Central part of the system is the oxidation in a sulphuric acid bath. The specimens are duely rinsed by a venturi jet array which is supplied with cooled electrolyte. A specially designed power supply allows numerous forms of current in order to vary the influence onto the coatings. The innovative Pulscoat® system guarantees a precise high-resistant hard anodising coating.

This exact steering controls the energy demand of the procedure – in addition it is even more cost-saving than conventional procedures and delivers a better quality of certain materials. The new hard anodising process for high-solid aluminium alloys opens new market segments and is successful in the production of multi-use compo-nents in a wide range of domestic and industrial applications - the car industry, the fine mechanics, the medical technology and the optical industry.
