The RAUM OS project of the Osnabrück radio station 104.8 osradio trains young reporters. They acquire media skills and environmental knowledge at the same time. The 13 - 16-year-old students participate in cooperation with schools and companies in the project. osradio offers them workshops with different themes. And then ... the environmental reporters tackle their first mission: research in a regional company on sustainability and producing their own radio show. The program is broadcasted on 104.8 osradio and published on the website www.raum-os.de.

How is company XY committed to the climate? Is green power normal power? – Through independent research and reporting the young reporters deal with environmental protection and sustainable development strategies of different companies. They meet potential employers in the region and prepare themselves for the later choice of career.

RAUM OS builds a network of regional companies. Medium-sized enterprises in the region are participating in the project and let the reporters look behind the scenes. In this way, they win twice: they get to know the candidates of tomorrow and the company is in terms of sustainability »on air«.
