Online-Application-System:

Please note that the online application procedure is available in both German and English.

In 2008, the Hungarian DBU Alumni Association was founded to ensure continuous contact among current and former fellowship holders and to build up a network of environmental experts. Furthermore, the cooperation with other DBU alumni associations is to be promoted.

The Alumni Association actively contributes to the publicity of the fellowship programme in Hungary and supports the candidates with their application. It offers the new fellowship holders important tips and information about their stay abroad, is represented at the introductory seminar in Germany and integrates them into the alumni team.

With the support of the DBU, the Hungarian Alumni Association organizes national and international seminars, scientific colloquia and excursions (e.g. Danube Workshop 2011), which are intended to promote the exchange of information and experience in environmental research between former fellowship holders from CEE countries. Contact person is Dr. Borbala Galos.
