Some 15,000 guests visited the »Environmental Week« exhibition sponsored by President Joachim Gauck (photo) and the German Federal Environmental Foundation (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt, DBU) in early June, which took place in the park of Bellevue Mansion, the presidential residence in Berlin. At this fourth and extremely successful environmental show of its type, some 200 businesses and institutions presented new technologies, products and projects for a sustainable use of resources.
