“The Polish Journalism Prize has led to the publication of many contributions on the subject of climate protection, renewable energies and energy efficiency in the Polish media. Against the background of widespread mistrust regarding environmental and climate protection subjects in Poland, it has thus created a broad consciousness among the public regarding climate and environmental issues.” This is the conclusion of the promoting media agency D. A. W. Maxpress (Warsaw), which twice successfully produced the competition in 2015/16 in cooperation with the German Embassy in Warsaw and the journalists’ organization EKOS. Under the framework of the competition category “Young Journalistic Talent”, the pieces submitted by the participating publicists were evaluated.
